Founder Cristina Hernandez’s experience spans 38 years in urban, suburban, and rural school districts as an elementary and middle school teacher, Bilingual/ESL coordinator, principal, and National ELL PD Specialist. Prior to her retirement, her school J.W. and Ruth Christie Elementary in Frisco ISD was named to the Texas Business and Education Coalition Honor Roll in 2008. This is the most prestigious award for sustained academic excellence in Texas.  After her retirement she joined Pearson Education as their National ELL PD Specialist where she consulted and collaborated with peers and school leaders throughout the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

What we do incorporates years of experience, current research, and best practices focusing on supporting and changing teacher practice, motivating students to own their learning, and engaging the parents at various touch points in order to achieve sustainable incremental school growth.
